Scunthorpe United won 2–0 at Sutton United on 12 September, securing their first away league victory of the season. Kyle Hurst opened the scoring with a first-half volley, and Tyrell Sellars-Fleming added the second in the 69th minute after Danny Whitehall helped create the chance.
Maison Campbell made important saves on his first start of the season, including a stop to deny Brandon Njoku when Sutton were seeking an equaliser. Josh Jeffries made his National League debut in goal for Eastleigh after Nick Townsend was injured during the warm-up. WorthingBarrowHutchinson double rescues Worthing against Barrow
Worthing came back from two goals down to draw 2–2 with Barrow at the Sussex Transport Community Stadium on 12 September. Mikey Lane scored both of Barrow’s goals before half-time, leaving the home side with a substantial deficit to overcome after the interval.
Dom Hutchinson provided the response with goals in the 50th and 61st minutes, with substitute Charley Kendall involved in both moves.
